Should query_budget be at least 1GB?

I see query_budget for some of the resource pools are < 1 GB. Should i increase it ? How should I decide; what analysis should I do to set a value?

Generically, 1GB is light for a query that does anything interesting, and in this day and age 1GB is <1% of typical memory. But there are exceptions for small/simple queries, and if you know that your query is an exception because you profiled it, and you are dedicating a tiny pool for it, it isn't impossible. It might be a reasonable starting point for cascading pools, as well.
