Hi did vertica has java api's to manage the database from 3party software vendor , for example can I add a node to the cluster from my java software using vertica API ?

Eli, Are you asking if there is a directly way to add a node to a cluster from a java call. We don't have any specific API for doing that but you could use the admintools command line to add a node. admintools -a Will give you all of the commands available from command line.
