Target Memory Determination for Queries in Concurrent Environments

I am trying to create a resource pool to reserve memory for an important process that makes concurrent queries. On p. 354 of the Administrator's Guide it says to, "See Target Memory Determination for Queries in Concurrent Environments," but I can't find such a section in any of the manuals. Does anyone know where I can find info about determining memory settings in a concurrent environment? I'm using version 6.0.1.
