Vertica.Data.Dll in nuGet

My project uses Vertica ADO.NET provider. All other assemblies in my project have nuGET references except Vertica which I have to make a local copy of the same. I am wondering if licensing and nuGet terms of service allow anyone to create a package and share Vertica.Data.Dll so that more people would be benefitted. Any help and guidance?
