No more control of db after admin host failed

The admin host of my 3 nodes cluster is dead. The adminTools refuses to run on remaining hosts (see my other post) In MC, I tried to: - stop the DB: no way, getting error 4539 and db stays UP - Remove dead node: no way, strictly nothing happens when I select the node and hit the - sign for removal What other options do I have ? Thanks

    Since my initial post, I was able to recover adminTools usage on the remaining hosts. But I am still interested in understanding why I am unable to control anything from MC.
