Vertica in WinSQL with dates as symbols

when connecting to vertica through WinSQL, my dates come in as symbols. I am using driver version 4.1.19. Can you please help?

    Yeah, there was a problem with the driver I remember. Either cast the dates to varchar in your query or upgrade the driver.
