Unable to Download — Vertica Forum

Unable to Download

I was not able to download vertica community edition. Could you please help on this. (Fedora)

  • After selecting Fedora 10/11, am getting following page "HP Vertica Community Edition Software License Agreement". After that am selected agreed to terms and pressing download button.
    downloading is not starting
    Am getting following error message.
    HP Vertica Download Confirmation Error!

    There appears to be an error in your request.     

    Please contact your account representative or create a Support Case

    I've contacted vertica employee his name: Paul Chiara <pchiara@vertica.com> and I shared screen shot. I've tried following browsers 1. FireFox 2. Internet explorer 10 3. googl chrome 4.opera.

    Could you please help on this.

  • I have this problem too. There screenshots: 1. choose sles 2. agree to the terms 3. get error Please fix this.
  • I too cannot download the redhat version of vertica from the site.
  • I am having issues downloading VCE as well. Very unusual (read buggy) input form.
  • I have the same issue. Please help.
