Error to select query_requests

What kind of user permission is needed to access query_requests?  I use dbadmin but get the error:
Could not write to [/home/dbadmin/xxx/v_xxx_node0001_data]: Volume [/home/dbadmin/xxx/v_xxx_node0001_data] is has insufficient space.

    This is not a permission issue, it's a disk space issue as said in the error message.

    I can see what it said in the error message too.  But I've no problem with select other v_monitor schema tables.  If it's disk space issue, how I can fix it? Allocate more space to that specific folder?
