Issue with installing IPVS on RHEL 6.4 x86_64

Hi Vertica Gurus, I am having issues installing IPVS RPM on RHEL 6.4 whose details are as follows. I am not sure where things are screwed up. I am using Vertica CE and also trying to install IPVS RHEL 6 RPM.
