Returns information about user-issued query requests.

Something like this:

SELECT USER_NAME,

       TRANSACTION_ID,

       STATEMENT_ID,

       MAX(START_TIMESTAMP)

  FROM QUERY_REQUESTS

 WHERE REQUEST ILIKE '%ALTER%TABLE%table_name%';
