Why does adding two nodes to single node yield this error, Schema "v_dbd_extend_catalog" does not e

I added 2 nodes to a single node vertica installation. It appears to have worked but data rebalancing complains that, "ERROR: Error querying deployment status: Schema "v_dbd_extend_catalog" does not exist". I looked for that table in the database system tables and it doesn't exist. It appears that data is being distributed to all three nodes. I am just concerned that the rebalance operation didn't complete and am looking for advice on trouble shooting.

I am running vertica 6.0.2-0
