    Are you an Enterprise Edition user?  Have you posted a support request to http://my.vertica.com/ ?

    (There are various things called 'VerticaHelp' or similar.  The main contact point is, I believe, through the online MyVertica portal at that URL.)

    The forums are a community space.  We're glad to try to help.  But this isn't the right place to get proper technical support.

    If you submitted a support request and didn't get a reply, please post the case number; we can follow up.
