Issues with backup after changing IP address

I'm attempting an upgrade on 6 -> 7. The first part of this, the backup, is not working properly because the machine was moved to a new location and received a new IP address. Everything else has been reconfigured okay, and functions using the correct IP, but when I try to use backup, it always tries to connect to the old IP in order to start processing. What should I be changing to fix this?????

  • If you are using vbr.py, and trying to backup, maybe you just need to change or create a new config file. The configuration file is the one that you specify with the option --config-file xxx.ini.

Is the first backup that you are doing? Is the database up?
