Error scanning meminfo line

I see a warning in vertica.log. Probably not impacting much, but it looks like some parsing is broken. 
Any idea what is not parsing correctly in meminfo ? I suspect it is parsing /proc/meminfo 
I see this on every node on 6.1.3.0 . And why would the mergeout be in charge of overall memory usage ?

i have Vertica 5.1.6, on CentOS release 5.8 (Final).. can you please help in understanding what causes this?
