Accessing Vertica through Powershell

Hello All,

I am very new to to connection between ADO.net and Vertica topic.

I wanted to know, if we have a brief document on Namespace provided by Vertica for ADO.net.
List of all methods with description and properties with description.

I have a requirement wherein I need to access Vertica though powershell and get the data in dataset and output the data.

Can anybody please guide me with a sample structure program on doing this. It has  to be a powershell script using ADO.net components.

The way i am trying to solve such issues is by looking for Postgesql examples , in many cases is valid also to vertica .
