periodic spread service shutdowns

we have 3 nodes in our cluster. we are having issues with nodes going down (in particular the spread service simply stopping) intermittently. this may or may not be related to previous Jira case VER-27256.

    Hi Zagnut,

    Without looking at the logs / errorReport , I can not say if it related to Jira VER-27256.

    If you are a customer please open a case in SalesForce so one of the Engineer will help you to identify the problem.


    You can also review vertica.log and see what are the Errors.
