Does jdbc driver 6.12 has full compatibility with Server 6.1.3 or do we need to upgrade driver?

Please clarify if we have full compatibility between java driver 6.12 and Server 6.13. In addition unlike what you stated in the community KT, there is no way for a CE user to download any installation older than 7.*. Marketplace has only 7.* drivers and rpms.

Yes, those versions should be fully compatible.

http://my.vertica.com/ does have CE downloads for 6.1 drivers.
