Vertica XA Datasource

I configured XA Datasource in JBoss for Vertica and could not succeed with the connectivity? Please let me know if XA Datasource is supported? Thank you.

I could use Datasource and connect.

I am working on setting up XA Datasource for Vertica. Can you please help share the information you have regarding it ?

I set up XA for Oracle with help from some blogs online but couldn't not find anything similar for Vertica.

Here at work we are also interested on XA Datasource support in Vertica.

It seems that Vertica does not support two-phase commits [1] which is required for XA transactions implementation:

Transactions > Implementation Details:

• No redo/undo log or two-phase commits.

Thus probably XA Datasources are not possible at the moment with Vertica.
