Installation GUI for redhat
I tried to type in
<[root@vertica0 /]# yum groupinstall "X Window System" Desktop>
but it shows me
Loaded plugins: rhnplugin, securityThis system is not registered with RHN.
RHN support will be disabled.
Setting up Group Process
Warning: Group X Window System does not exist.
Warning: Group Desktop does not exist.
No packages in any requested group available to install or update

This seems like a question about Red Hat, not about Vertica; you are likely to get a more-helpful response on the Red Hat forums.
That said, at a guess -- are these machines running the server version of RHEL? Does your license include access to these package groups?
Vertica's graphical installer is Web-based; it's a part of the Management Console package. It does not depend in packages like X Windows; you would access it from a Web browser on a different computer. You still need to install the Management Console itself; but the Management Console does not need to reside on the same computer as your cluster, it just requires a Linux-based system (such as the virtual-machine image available for download on our website, which includes a graphical environment).
