using rfc uuid in vertica
hi,
I'm going to import data from a new source, a psql cluster, with UUID rfc compliant, something like A0EEBC99-9C0B-4EF8-BB6D-6BB9BD380A11. I was wondering if this data type should be used as a primary key in vertica too for a dimension table.
Any ideas?
