stuck on license agreement during MC installation

no warning no error when click "next" button on License Agreement screen. Firefox Error Console logs "n.list[0].children is undefined https://127.0.0.1:5450/webui/js/common/wizard.js";

Try switching to one of the listed supported browsers -

I had the same problem - but when I ran the MC config from the Browser window of the Host machine - the screen came with proper layout & after adding the correct values - the MC worked fine.
