Is this still a problem? I was able to get to https://my.vertica.com/download-community-edition/ without any problems. If so, are you a registered user for my.vertica.com?

Yes I can get to that page, sorry if was not clear it's on selecting a package to download I get the above error. I'm trying to download the core redhat vertica 7.x package

I have the same problem. It seems to affect all browsers, both on my home and work computers (screen shot below). I'm trying to get the 64bit Linux package, but the others I tried all suffer the same problem.

Maybe this is only a problem on my (new) account? Does the link work for people who have previously downloaded the software?

Hi Michael, 

I'm not sure if you're still experiencing this issue, however, a new Vertica download resource is the "Vertica Marketplace" (vertica.com/marketplace). 

The Vertica Community Edition is available from the "Vertica Database" category of the Marketplace:

Please let me know if you're able to locate the download, or if you have any Marketplace related questions.
