HI,  

If i have a 8 hr runtimecap on resource pool level and one of the users with run time cap NONE. Could you please let me know which one takes precedence ???

    Hi Kannan,
    As noted in the documentation for runtimecap,
    "If the user or session also has a RUNTIMECAP, the shorter limit applies."

    So in your scenario, the user RUNTIMECAP of NONE will be overridden by the 8 hrs value in the resource pool.
