Are descending sort orders coming to projections?

I noticed a new column (ORDER_BY_TYPE) in the 7.1 documentation. Is a descending sort order coming to projections in a future release or is there an alternative meaning to the column (related to Top-K LAP)?

    Found something interesting.

    The PROJECTION_COLUMNS  system table has the following new columns:
    • IS_EXPRESSION
    • IS_AGGREGATE
    • COLUMN_EXPRESSION
    New Columns
