Why can't I get the download to work ?

I've registered and am trying to download the CE for ubuntu and it seems to be trying to connect to a download site but then just returns to the welcome screen. Nothing downloaded.

    Hi Matt, 

    I just tried and it download just fine. If you can't download send me an email and I can post the file in some place for you, maybe an ftp site or something, just let me know.
