Vertica integration with Microsoft Analysis services

I am using VMart example. i am using Vertica ADO.Net driver. Everything works, i can see the schemas and add tables and queries as sources for dimensions and fact tables. Vertica is the latest community edition. Analysis Services is 2012 edition.

When i am trying to process a dimension in Analysis services with Vertica as backend i get the  error: Errors in the high-level relational engine. The following exception occurred while the managed IDbCommand interface was being used: [42601] ERROR: Syntax error at or near "[";ERROR: Syntax error at or near "[".  Is there a way to get rid of this error? had anybody seen it before?

    i have discovered the same problem. Did anybody ever tested integration of Vertica with Microsoft Analysis Services?

    aparently Analysis services had to be restarted after installation of Microsoft connectivity pack and the error goes away
