Doc Bug: Temporary tables segmentation

The SQL Reference for 7.0/7.1 say that the default segmentation for a temporary table is segemented (see page 1223 of 7.1 manual). The Administrators Guide says that the default segmentation is unsegmented (p 129 of 7.1 Administrators Guide)
