Vertica and in-memory data

Is there a way to instruct Vertica to load the database in memory... I have 120 GB RAM on each of 3 boxes and I don't see Vertica utilizing memory as expected ! 

Other than having the general resource manager which is configured to have unlimited memory cap, is there another way to configure Vertica to speed up queries?
