Deploy Vertica using Puppet or another automation tool

Hi all,

 

We are currently working with the community edition of Vertica, and would like to deploy it automatically in AWS, as part of our current pipeline. I searched for a Puppet manifest or an API to do so, but I couldn't find any.

 

Is there such a thing for Vertica? How can we do it?

    Hi Javang,

     

    You can try using SALT for deployment of Vertica on AWS, it gels nicely with the cluster and is easy to use.
