connection from sql server 2014 ssrs to vertica 7

is there a way to connect from sql server 2014 ssrs to vertica? we used to do this from sql 2012 by installing the microsoft connectivity package, but in sql server 2014, even after we insalled this package, vertica is still not showing up in the ssrs data source connection drop down box
