Hi All,

 

 

Service verticad is not working properly for me without any error.

 

see the below workaround.

 

Can anyone tell me how I can resolve this.

 

 

[verticadba@shrbatlinbo ~]$ service verticad status

Vertica: Password:

status not OK

 

[verticadba@shrbatlinbo ~]$ service verticad stop

Vertica: Password:

stop OK for users: verticadba

 

[verticadba@shrbatlinbo ~]$ service verticad start

Vertica: Password:

start OK for users: verticadba

 

[verticadba@shrbatlinbo ~]$ service verticad status       [ OK ]

Vertica: Password:

status not OK
