I keep getting "..Missing Information in my account.." when trying to Download anything on Vertica Community Edition" at below URL, However, I can download "Vertica Distributed R" See attached file. Please help.

    I am experiencing the same issue - unable to download the Vertica VM images due to "missing information", yet all fields are filled in - is there a work around for this?
