how to download the hotfix of Vertica-7.1.2-2

Hi Expert,

     I have a Vertica env with 7.1.2-0.  How can I download the hotfix 7.1.2.2? and how to apply the hotfix?

    Hi,

     

       Hotfix is available to only customers who has support license. Please open a case to get the hotfix.
