Can't download drivers from my.vertica.com
Hi,
I'm trying to download ODBC drivers for Vertica 6.1.3 (Windows), however when I follow the relevant link (here: https://my.vertica.com/?s=ODBC+driver+6.1&search-submit=Search ) I am prompted to update my account information ("IT APPEARS THAT WE ARE MISSING SOME INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ACCOUNT. PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN ORDER TO COMPLETE YOUR PRODUCT DOWNLOAD"). My account information is fully up to date, and when I click submit I am met with the same message and am unable to download the file.
I've seen a few threads with people having this issue throughout the forum and have yet to find a solution. This is a fairly urgent issue, if there is another way to get the ODBC drivers or to get around the site bug it would be greatly appreciated.
Please note that I have already checked HP Haven Marketplace for the drivers, and the site does not offer drivers for anything but the latest version of Vertica.
