Lock got released after alter sequence

Hi All,

 

Is there any way to lock a table permanently ?

 

I have created a table with sequence.

Then I locked the table.

Then I did alter sequence restart with 1.

 

Now the Lock got released.

 

Please tell me how I can lock the table even after executing alter sequence
