Expected range of spread retransmission rate

Hi,

 

we have a v7.10-2 based 4-node cluster and we have set up a private network for the nodes to communicate on. In the management console I'm still seeing spread retransmit rates > 0% which, according to https://community.dev.hp.com/t5/Vertica-Forum/Spread-Retransmit-Rate/td-p/219313 should not occur.

 

Is this a problem with our set up and if so how do I diagnose?
