I'm trying to figure out what EC2 instance type to choose for a workflow, which mainly involves several live aggregate projections. Is Vertical handling live aggregate projections a CPU or memory intensive task?
LAP are calculated when loading the data so the query should be faster and do nto use CPU or MEM. However, the load will be slower.
This is an example of performance :
20M meters reporting at 5-minute intervals, 1 day, Single node
Q1: Total Number of Readings (time range)
Q2: Total Consumption (time range)
Q3: Peak Consumption
Q4: Top Consumers
Q5: Consumption Timeseries
Q6: Time-of-use Billing
Hope this helps,
