unable to create/add a Kafka scheduler

Hello Team:

 

I am unable to successfully create a Kafka Scheduer.

Each time I try to do so using --add  or explicitly include --username --password

I always receive an invalid username or password  from Java execution at startup.

 

Do you have any idea why this is happening.
