HDFS connector using non-dbadmin account

Hi Experts, 

 

I am working on configuring hdfs connector to read data from Cloudera hadoop. Cloudera is kerberose authenticated where as Vertica cluster is not. At this point we cannot make dbadmin as kerberose authenticated. 

 

Can we create a service account on both Vertica and cloudera and use this account for Vertica-Hadoop integration.
