Can't find vRODBC tar file

Dear people,

 

I'm following this guide PDF to install vRODBC but the part where I finally get to install vRODBC is lost on me. It says (and I quote):

 

"Download the vRODBC tar file from the FTP site indicated on your cover page."

 

This means nothing to me, what FTP site? What cover page? Googling doesn't provide me with any notion as to what this might mean. Can somebody tell me where this package is found and downloaded?
