Public Vertica download for continuous integration tests

I'd like to setup continuous integration tests on Travis CI. The tests require a running Vertica instance.

 

To setup a Vertica database as part of my build on Travis, I'll need to download it from a publicly accessible location. Is there such a location?

 

From what I can see, you need to be logged in to download anything for Vertica. That makes it impossible to setup a reproducible build on Travis (or any CI service) that requires a running Vertica instance.
