LDAP authentication failed while connecting thru Squirrel (querying tool)

Hello - Last week we have encounter a power outage issue and vertica cluster has been abnormally went down. We have restarted vertica .. now every thing is looks normal.. up and running.. however some of user are encounter LDAP authentication failed while connecting thru Squirrel (querying tool). here is the error following is the error msg.

 

 

Environment - 

Vertica - Vertica Analytic Database v7.1.2-7

running on Linux - Linux 2.6.32-573.22.1.el6.x86_64 x86_64

 

Error msg -
