The following is a support notice as of November 2016.

 

Warnings

Known errors in CentOS/RHEL 7 could impact the stability of your Vertica database. If you encounter these errors, HPE recommends contacting Red Hat or reverting to CentOS/RHEL 6.x.

 

The known CentOS and RHEL errors are listed below, along with additional information, including the version in which they are fixed. Not all bugs are available for public view. Those that require a Red Hat login to access are marked with an asterisk (*).
