disk io pegged on newly created (via copy cluster) and upgraded v6 ->v7.1

Hello,

 

I just copied a database to a new cluster using copycluster (v6.0.0) to (v6.0.0) then did multiple upgrades to get to 7.1.x 

 

The cluster is idle, but seems to be running many select audit_license_size(); (like 100+ of these)

 

and also disk usage is pegged, see attached.

 

Any clues as to what the system is up to? I checked iotop and it is vertica using the disk...
