Can you comment out the line 'trap clear 0' under the "/etc/profiles" file and then again try performing the installation?

 

#trap clear 0

 

Please let us know how does it goes after perfoming this change.

there is no such file in /etc named as profiles but i got profile file and search for trap word and did not got a similar word.

 

any other idea??

It was a typo.Anyways if you are performing this installation on test/dev/qa cluster you can use switch --no-system-checks  and --failure-threshold NONE with your install command and it should pass this stage where your installation is failing and should no longer fail.
