Vertica 7.2.2-2 contains an issue that prevents you from loading data from the HDFS connector using the HTTPS protocol.  If you remain on 7.2.2-2, you can choose to work around this problem by loading data using HTTP. 

 

Vertica 7.2.3-2, released on July 5, 2016, resolves this problem. We encourage you to upgrade to 7.2.3-2. To download the latest version of Vertica, go to https://my.vertica.com/download/vertica/7-2-x/.
