Unable to email support
I have an open support case, but any time I try to reply I get a bounce message:
<verticahelp@hp.com>: 550 5.1.1 <verticahelp@hp.com>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table
Is anyone else suffering from this issue?

Have you ever tried to email verticahelp@hpe.com? If not, would you please try to email that new address?
