IS there Aggregate function for PERCENTILE_CONT()?

Hi, I need a dynamic percentile_cont(), i.e., aggregation function without "over (partition by__) so that it can handle different partitions passed to it within Tableau.

 

However, Vertica does not appear to only have analytic function for this. Oracle have both...

 

Anyone know if it is going to release this soon or is there anyway to overcome this limitation?
