Hi,

 

I am trying to load ORC file to vertica using copy command. I have few queries regarding ORC copy.

1. Is it possible to load sub set of columns from ORC to vertica? When I check, it's failing with number of column mismatch.

2. Is there any way to provide schema to copy command so that we can only prune few columns? like KafkaSource.
