Can I have multiple ports open for client connection?

5433 is default for connecting from a client. Can I open another port to connect from a client?

    are you trying to change the default port ? or add one more port to connect ?

     

    5433 and 5431 - connect on both ?

    Yes, I am trying to add another port and would like to be able to connect on both ports. Trying to make one ssl and the other non-ssl
